Free Prenatal Visits

Expecting a new arrival? Congratulations! We offer expectant parents a chance to set up an appointment at our office to meet with a nurse and one of our physicians. This is a great opportunity to see our office, meet our staff and learn what our practice is all about.

What to bring to your first visit?

We work hard to ensure that your child receives prompt medical care in a comfortable, child-friendly office setting. To help expedite the first appointment, we ask that you please provide us with your child's immunization records, along with any available medical records, prior to the first visit. Registration paperwork can be completed in advance by downloading and completing the appropriate office forms listed below. Finally, you must have your insurance card available at the first visit and be prepared to pay any copay or deductible if applicable.
