The Payment Amount due can be found on your paper statement if received by
mail or else by logging into your child's LSPediatrics Patient Portal at:
https://app11.curemd.net/PatientPortal/CurePatientHome.aspx?liberty
Once logged in, click on the "House" icon at the top of the page, and then click on "Patient Statement". This will open the current balance due for that child. If you have more than one child that has a balance, you will need to log in to each child's account.
